PASCAS WorldCare – ASSET MANAGEMENT

This outline is to introduce a way forward to realize our collective agendas.

PASCAS WorldCare Ltd is to be domiciled in a neutral jurisdiction, with a fully functioning corporate offices, with auditors, etc.

It has always been the agenda for a PASCAS HEALTH SANCTUARY (major medical facility) to be established as a central support for PASCAS CARE CENTRES.

The key executive, including board representatives will essentially come from within the members of this forum.

PASCAS WorldCare is to function as a financially sustainable entity.  That is, assets are not to be depleted by the work undertaken, but managed so that the work can go on indefinitely.  Some elements will be profitable and these will be mainly within advanced economic communities, these fund flows will assist with work in the deprived communities that we may be invited into.  Also the PASCAS FOUNDATION will be focused upon financial support for these humanitarian programs.

The board will prioritize projects.  Such projects will be funded in a manner that the major portion of the funds can never be at risk.  That is, the land, building, and plant will be separated from the intellectual property and all such capital growth assets are to be separated from the trading element.  Different corporate entities within each specific project will hold different groups of assets.  Thus, the only portion that may be at risk may be the trading part of the business.  This is basic asset management.

We have devised and structured two support management teams:

CENTRE for ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES (CATs) is a team of management specialists who are to assist new technology development enterprises in bringing their innovations to market.  There are many new technologies in our midst that have been investigated and warrant financial support.  They typically have application for emerging and third world communities.

URBAN RURAL TECHNOPATH (URTh) is a specialist management team to grow emerging communities, it is a team of nation builders.  These people may implement the technological innovations within emerging communities.

Thus we have top management and support management for those passionate people who want to realize any part of our WorldCare Agenda.

From here we will go out into the world in a very organized and structured way with full security for our resources and realize our visions.
